About the Role:
Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our agile real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create engaging graphics that drive property sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media posts, emailers, and digital ads for real estate projects.
- Create brand-specific visuals for campaigns, property launches, and promotional events.
- Develop digital creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and website banners
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand project goals and deliver effective visuals.




- Ensure all creatives align with the brands visual identity and real estate aesthetics.
- Edit and enhance property images, walkthroughs, and renders for presentations.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and digital agencies when required.
- Stay updated with design trends in real estate, architecture, and digital marketing.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory
- Experience in social media design and digital ad creatives
- Good knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (preferred)
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Creative thinker with attention to detail
