Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Client Relations: Manage end-to-end customer relationships, greet guests warmly, handle client feedback, and ensure top-tier service standards.

Call Handling & Scheduling: Manage front-desk incoming calls, client inquiries, appointment bookings, and schedule coordination efficiently.

Cash & Billing Management: Oversee daily billing, handle cash transactions accurately, balance the register, and maintain absolute financial integrity.

Multitasking & Floor Coordination: Juggle multiple operational tasks simultaneously, manage floor workflow,



and keep operations running smoothly under peak hours.

Operational Reporting: Utilize office tools and business software to track appointments, staff schedules, client records, and daily sales reports.

Key Requirements & Skills

People & Team Management: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to guide, support, and effectively manage a diverse team.

Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and salon/business POS management software.
