SOCIETY MANAGER REQUIRED

Position: Society Manager
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

A well-maintained residential society is looking for an experienced, responsible and dedicated Society Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Society.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping, security, gardening and other vendor services.
- Daily inspection of the entire Society premises, including common areas and shop area.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, discipline and proper upkeep of the premises.
- Handle day-to-day issues and complaints of residents and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage emails, messages and complaints and provide prompt responses.
- Maintain Society records, documents and accounts.
- Handle maintenance collection, recovery and proper recording of Society dues.
- Handle bank-related and other accounts-related work.
- Maintain and regularly update the NoBroker app and Society records.
- Monitor security equipment and ensure its proper functioning and upkeep.
- Coordinate effectively between residents,



domestic helps, security staff and vendors.
- Coordinate and actively participate in Society events and programmes.
- Ensure proper discipline and decorum within the Society premises.
- Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the Managing Committee from time to time.

Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Society Manager / Facility Manager / Apartment Manager will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, WhatsApp and accounting work.
- Should be responsible, disciplined, honest and capable of handling residents and staff professionally.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and vendors independently.
- Should be available during working hours and accessible for urgent Society-related matters.

Salary & Perks

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and suitability.
