Roles & Responsibilities:

Site Identification & Lead Generation
- Identify and map new residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure construction sites within the assigned territory.
- Monitor upcoming construction projects and create a pipeline of potential sales opportunities.




- Gather information regarding project status, cement consumption, key decision-makers, and competitors.

Customer Engagement & Sales Promotion
- Build solid relationships with contractors, builders, developers, engineers, architects, and project consultants.
- Educate customers about product, quality standards, technical advantages, and value proposition.
- Influence cement brand selection at the project level and generate demand for Wonder Cement.
- Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings to ensure conversion of leads into business.

Market Development
- Increase market penetration and brand presence in the assigned area.

Technical Selling
- Provide basic technical guidance regarding cement applications and usage.
- Explain product benefits, quality parameters, and suitability for different construction requirements.
