Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall body shop operations, including accident repair, denting, painting, vehicle estimation, delivery and customer service, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive revenue, profitability and productivity by achieving monthly business targets, improving bay utilisation, controlling repair costs and reducing vehicle turnaround time.
- Ensure repair quality and timely delivery by monitoring estimation accuracy, repair processes, paint quality, rework, First-Time-Right performance and vehicle TAT.
- Manage insurance and accident repair processes, including coordination with insurance companies, surveyors, customers and other stakeholders for approvals, claim processing and settlement.
- Lead and develop the body shop team, including service advisors, estimators, technicians, denting and painting teams, ensuring productivity, discipline, training and performance management.

Required Criteria:
- Education: Diploma / Graduate/ Post Graduate




- Preferred Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 10–12 years of relevant experience in automobile industry
- Preferred Industry: Automobile Industry
- Skills: Accident Vehicle Assessment, Body Shop Operations, Insurance Claim Management, Denting & Painting Process, Repair Estimation, Workshop Productivity, TAT/WIP Management, Customer Relationship Management, Team Leadership, Quality Control, Cost & Profitability Management, and OEM/Insurance Coordination.
