Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Own plant availability, performance ratio, capacity utilisation and specific yield across the operating portfolio.
- Lead monthly performance reviews and root-cause analysis of generation losses.
- Establish and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance standards.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customers regarding plant performance, generation shortfalls and outages.
- Manage performance guarantee obligations, shortfall calculations and warranty claims.
- Lead investigation of major technical failures involving inverters, transformers, switchyards, cabling, modules and SCADA systems.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions across multiple sites.
- Lead O&M; of Battery Energy Storage Systems, including capacity testing, state-of-health monitoring,



degradation tracking and warranty management.
- Develop and control central spares strategy and O&M; vendor/subcontractor performance.
- Ensure HSE, electrical safety and statutory compliance across operating sites.
- Oversee energy accounting, meter reading, open access scheduling and deviation settlement.
- Develop data-driven O&M; dashboards and support automation/digitalisation of O&M; processes.
- Lead the central O&M; team and provide functional leadership to site O&M; teams.
- Own the O&M; operating budget and ensure cost efficiency without compromising plant availability or safety.
