We are looking for a dynamic Online Patient Conversion Coordinator to manage online leads, engage with patients, and convert inquiries into appointments. This role is crucial in increasing revenue and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Lead Management:** Handle incoming online leads promptly and professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- **Patient Engagement:** Reach out to potential patients to understand their needs, discuss treatment options, and address any concerns.
- **Appointment Coordination:** Collaborate with dentists, dental hygienists, and counselors to schedule appointments for qualified leads efficiently.
- **Conversion Strategies:** Develop and implement techniques to enhance patient conversion rates and improve overall satisfaction.
- **Revenue Growth:** Focus on driving revenue by converting leads into paying patients and maximizing appointment bookings.





**Qualifications:**

BDS,dental HYGENIEST,dental technician or experienced treatment coordinator
- Proven experience in sales, patient coordination, or a similar role within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with diverse patient populations.
- Familiarity with dental services and practices is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.
