TumbleGym Kids is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Gymnastics Coach to lead gymnastics training programs for children. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of gymnastics, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with kids.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safe, engaging, and structured gymnastics training sessions for children.
- Teach gymnastics fundamentals, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and age-appropriate skills.
- Develop and implement training plans based on children's age and skill levels.
- Assess children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Ensure proper safety practices and equipment usage during every session.
- Identify individual strengths and areas for improvement in each child.
- Mentor and guide junior gymnastics trainers.
- Support the development and improvement of TumbleGym's gymnastics curriculum and training programs.
- Create a positive, disciplined, and encouraging environment for children.
- Handle children professionally and communicate effectively with parents.




- Assist in preparing children for performances, showcases, and competitions where required.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a gymnastics coach/trainer.
- Experience working with children is strongly preferred.
- Robust understanding of gymnastics techniques, conditioning, flexibility, and skill progression.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage groups of children effectively.
- Strong focus on safety and child well-being.
- Relevant gymnastics/sports coaching certification is preferred.
- Competition or professional gymnastics experience is an added advantage.
