Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain standards.
- Maintain housekeeping inventories and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety,
and hygiene standards.
- Address guest concerns or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for resolution.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hotel industry.
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory.
