- Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization
- Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time

Requirements

- Candidates should be very fluent in Bilingual Speaking (Ex: English & Urdu)
- Command over Language with good understanding skills is required
- Good Communication Skills is required
- Candidate should be a valuable listener
- Candidates with certification in Urdu Language, Urdu Language trainers, Urdu Language Associate, Customer support Urdu Language will be given high preference
- Fresher with good Proficiency in speaking Urdu and English Language
- Candidate should be energetic and should have positive approach towards issues handling
- Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts major night shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off)
