Role Description The Unit Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmadnagar.

The Unit

Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of advisors, driving sales of life insurance products, and ensuring achievement of business targets. Daily activities include recruiting and training team members, coaching them on product offerings and sales processes, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. The role involves regular customer interactions to understand financial needs, provide appropriate insurance solutions,



and ensure high levels of service quality and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Unit

Manager will also prepare reports, track key performance indicators, and collaborate with branch and regional leadership to support overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development abilities, including experience in achieving targets and managing customer pipelines.
- Team leadership and people management skills, with experience in mentoring, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales teams or advisors.
- Customer service and relationship management capabilities, with a focus on understanding financial needs and offering suitable insurance solutions.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products clearly and build trust.
- Familiarity with life insurance or financial services products and basic understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Robust organizational and reporting skills, including ability to track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and use basic office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or financial planning are an advantage.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services in a supervisory or unit manager role is preferred, but candidates with strong sales leadership experience from other sectors may also be considered.
