Role Description The UK Audit Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore, responsible for overseeing audit engagements for UK-based clients. This role includes planning and executing audits, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant UK accounting and auditing standards.

The Audit

Manager will manage audit teams, allocate work, review deliverables, and provide guidance on technical accounting and audit issues. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, analyzing financial data, identifying risks and control weaknesses,



preparing audit reports, and recommending process improvements. The role also involves mentoring team members, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance audit quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Audits, including preparation, review, and audit of statutory accounts.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risks, and evaluate internal controls.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in external audit, preferably with UK clients or international audit firms, is beneficial.
- Ability to manage teams, meet deadlines, and handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with audit and accounting software are advantageous.
