ResponsibilitiesDesign user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.Build and maintain reusable design systems and components.Translate client and product goals into intuitive, accessible interfaces.Run lightweight research and usability checks to validate decisions.Partner with developers to ensure designs ship faithfully.Contribute to the visual direction of our marketing site and AI products.Requirements4+ years in UI/UX or product design with a portfolio to show it.Expert in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.Robust grasp of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.Understanding of accessibility and responsive/mobile-first design.Able to explain the why behind your design decisions.
