About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 3–4 years of experience in designing web and mobile applications. The candidate will be responsible for the complete design lifecycle—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and usability testing.

You will work closely with Product, Business, Engineering, and IT teams to create intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end UI/UX design activities including research, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.
- Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Convert business requirements and user insights into simple, functional, and engaging designs.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, typography, colour, spacing, and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to understand requirements and prioritise design activities.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure designs follow responsive, mobile-first, accessibility, and cross-platform principles.
- Continuously improve product experiences based on user feedback, research, and analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and design best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design,



or a related field.
- 3–4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work for web and/or mobile applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Knowledge of Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, responsive design, and mobile-first design.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems or component libraries.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
- Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility standards.
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or product-based environments.
- UX/UI certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum and sprint-based teams.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform complex business requirements into simple, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences.

Candidates with a strong portfolio and hands-on experience in Figma will be preferred.

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
