Connect2Learn is looking for a proactive and passionate Tutor Success Executive to join our growing EdTech team in Kolkata! ??

?‍? Key Responsibilities

- Manage teacher performance and day-to-day academic operations
- Coordinate with teachers regarding schedules, attendance, classes, and academic requirements
- Conduct class observations and quality audits
- Monitor teacher, student, and parent feedback
- Support teacher onboarding, training, engagement, and development
- Resolve teacher-related operational issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain teacher performance records, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with Operations, Curriculum, Sales, and Student Support teams
- Ensure compliance with academic quality standards and internal processes
- Identify opportunities to improve teaching effectiveness and learner satisfaction

? Eligibility

Mandatory:

- Prior experience in online teaching
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Preferred:





- Experience in EdTech, Academic Operations, Teacher Management, or L&D;
- Experience conducting class audits or quality evaluations
- Experience handling or mentoring teaching teams
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and virtual classrooms
