*IEMS Cochin Institute* is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented *Academic Counselor* to join our team.

*Location:* Cochin

*Experience:* Minimum 1 year in the *EdTech Industry*

*Key Responsibilities*

* Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities

* Handle enquiries and convert leads into admissions

* Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other channels

* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs

* Achieve admission and conversion targets

* Maintain accurate lead and student records

* Coordinate with the academic and sales teams
*Requirements*





* Minimum *1 year of experience in EdTech / Education Counselling*

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong convincing and counselling abilities

* Target-oriented and self-motivated

* Valuable knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools will be an advantage
