- Manage and maintain the firm's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and design promotional posters, graphics, stories, reels, and other digital content.
- Create, record, edit, and publish short videos and reels related to immigration services and updates.
- Prepare captions, marketing content, announcements, and educational posts.
- Develop content calendars and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule.
- Promote immigration services, programs, seminars, and company initiatives through digital platforms.
- Assist with social media advertising and online lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor social media inquiries, comments, engagement, reach, and overall account performance.
- Track digital marketing analytics and prepare basic performance reports.
- Maintain consistent branding across posters, videos,



advertisements, social media, and website content.
- Coordinate with immigration consultants to obtain accurate information for marketing materials.
- Assist with website updates, blogs, and other online promotional activities.
- Research social media trends and develop relevant content to increase audience engagement.
- Maintain organized records of digital content, photographs, videos, and marketing materials.
- Ensure published content is professional, accurate, and compliant with the firm's internal marketing guidelines.
