Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 3- 4 years of experience to manage and grow our company's digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, website creation and management, content/post creation, and digital marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and hands-on, with the ability to independently plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, website traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Manage company social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Create engaging social media posts, creatives, captions, and promotional content.
4. Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
5. Handle SEO activities, including on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO.
6. Create, manage, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
7. Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
8. Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
9. Create, update, and manage the company website.
10. Handle website content, banners, landing pages, images, and regular updates.
11. Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
12. Develop campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
13. Monitor website and social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
