Role Overview

Looking for a hands-on Amazon Advertising & Marketplace Performance Marketing expert who will be responsible for driving monthly sales targets, marketplace growth and profitability across India and international markets.

The candidate will manage and optimize advertising across Amazon India and international Amazon marketplaces, including: USA | UK | Canada | Australia | Europe

The candidate should also have practical experience with Flipkart and Myntra advertising/marketing.

This is a hands-on ownership role. The candidate should be capable of planning campaigns, analyzing data, optimizing bids and budgets, identifying growth opportunities and taking corrective actions independently to achieve monthly sales targets.

The candidate will also be expected to mentor the marketplace team and work closely with business, catalogue, creative, warehouse,



finance and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Monthly Sales Target Ownership

· Work with the Business Head to establish monthly sales, advertising and profitability targets.

· Develop monthly advertising and marketplace growth plans to achieve targets.

· Track daily and weekly performance against monthly targets.

· Identify gaps between Target vs Actual Sales and take immediate corrective action.

· Reallocate budgets across products, campaigns and marketplaces based on performance.

· Build recovery plans whenever monthly targets are at risk.

· Take ownership of the advertising contribution towards achieving overall monthly business targets.

2. Amazon PPC – India & Global

· Plan, launch and manage Amazon PPC campaigns across India and international marketplaces.

· Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, keyword and ASIN/product targeting.
