Roles and Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and overall performance.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends in attrition rates and develop initiatives to reduce turnover costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resource Management or Business HR role.
- Robust understanding of employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and policy implementation.
- Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
