Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage Team: Assign daily tasks, train new staff, and lead shift huddles.
- Control Quality: Check packed boxes for correct labels, counts, and clean materials. Stop work if quality drops.
- Track Inventory: Monitor stock levels for boxes, tape, and labels.
- Ensure Safety: Follow workplace safety laws and keep the packing area clean.
- Handle Reports: Keep daily logs, track output, and report delays to managers
- Experience: 2 to 5 years working in a warehouse, plant, or production line.
- Skills: Good leadership, basic computer use, problem-solving, and explicit communication.
- Education: High school diploma, vocational training, or a bachelor's degree in a related field .
