Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tender Executive with expertise in Construction, Electrical, Civil, and Government Tendering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting comprehensive bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring strict compliance with tender requirements for both government and private sector projects. Key Responsibilities
- Tender Sourcing: Search and monitor construction-related tenders on private and government e-tender portals, including CPPP, GeM, CPWD, PWD, Railways, NBCC, MES, DDA, and various State e-Procurement platforms.
- Evaluation & Analysis: Scrutinize tender documents, eligibility criteria, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Bid Preparation: Compile, prepare, and submit accurate technical and financial bids within prescribed timelines.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, estimation, accounts, and management teams for seamless bid preparation.
- Documentation & Costing: Prepare quotations, costing sheets,



compliance statements, and complete tender documentation.
- Financial Management: Handle Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), Tender Fees, Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), Security Deposits, and related financial documentation.
- Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor corrigenda, attend pre-bid meetings, manage tender clarifications, and track bid openings and final results.
- Record Keeping: Maintain a detailed database of submitted, awarded, ongoing, and pending tenders.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, government departments, consultants, and vendors regarding tender-related activities.
- Compliance & Registration: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual conditions, and statutory requirements. Manage vendor registrations on various government and private procurement portals.
