About the role

Jay Finance Private Limited (Quik Loans) is a Delhi-based NBFC scaling its team rapidly across functions. We're looking for a high-energy HR Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring your core mandate is volume and speed: sourcing, screening, and closing candidates fast across multiple roles simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

1. Drive high-volume recruitment across roles including Sales, Collections, Credit/Underwriting, Operations, and Support functions.
2. Write and post job descriptions on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
3. Source aggressively job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and campus/institute tie-ups.
4. Screen resumes and conduct first-level candidate screening calls.
5. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads.
6. Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination for current joiners.
7.



Maintain MIS trackers for open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring status/TAT.
8. Continuously build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring/high-turnover roles.

Who we are looking for

1. Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in NBFC, fintech, BFSI, or a fast-scaling startup environment.
2. Proven ability to close high volumes of open positions under time pressure.
3. Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or Shine.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for trackers; familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools desirable.
5. Strong communication and follow-up discipline — this role is measured on closures, not just pipeline activity.
