*About the Role*

We’re looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment and help us hire top talent. You’ll partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and create a great candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.

*Key Responsibilities*
- *End-to-end recruitment:* Understand requirements, source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close roles across tech, sales, and corporate functions
- *Sourcing:* Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, employee referrals, and social media to build strong pipelines
- *Screening & Coordination:* Conduct initial HR rounds, assess culture fit, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- *Employer Branding:* Support in building company brand on LinkedIn, job portals, and campus drives
- *ATS & Reporting:* Maintain candidate data in ATS, track TAT, pipeline health, and share weekly hiring reports




- *Candidate Experience:* Ensure timely communication and smooth onboarding experience
- *Market Research:* Keep track of salary benchmarks and hiring trends

*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- *Experience:* 2+ years in IT/Non-IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- *Tools:* Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, ATS like Zoho/Greenhouse/Workday
- *Skills:* Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and ability to work on multiple roles
- *Education:* MBA/BBA in HR or any graduate degree
- *Bonus:* Experience with volume hiring, RPO, or startup environment
