Role & responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible for leading overall R&D; operations and strategy.
- Candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership across F&D;, Analytical Development and Technology Transfer.
- Candidate will be responsible for managing NPD, product portfolio and CDMO development projects.
- Candidate will be responsible for managing R&D; Capex, Opex, budgets and resources.
- Candidate will be responsible for driving AI, QbD, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Candidate will be responsible for ensuring GMP, QMS and global regulatory compliance.
- Candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, NDDS and differentiated technology development.
- Candidate will be responsible for client engagement, technical presentations and supporting Business Development.




- Candidate will be responsible for developing and mentoring R&D; teams.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate should have M.Pharm OR Ph.D in Pharmaceutics with 2025 years of Pharmaceutical R&D; formulation experience in reputed pharma industry.
- Candidate should have expertise in OSD, Topical, Nasal Spray and Inhalation platforms.
- Candidate should have robust knowledge of NDDS, QbD, AI-enabled R&D; andautomation.
- Candidate should have exposure to LIMS, ELN and digital laboratory systems.
- Candidate should have knowledge of CTD/PIR and global regulatory requirements.
- Candidate should have excellent strategic, communication and stakeholder management skills.
