Senior Executive Engineer – Solar EPC

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Executive Engineer with hands-on experience in Solar EPC project execution. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, technical coordination, contractor management, quality, testing & commissioning, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of solar PV projects.
- Supervise installation of modules, structures, DC/AC systems, inverters, HT/LT panels, cables, earthing, etc.
- Review drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, quality, safety and project progress.
- Handle testing,



commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and project documentation.

Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Solar EPC / Electrical EPC.
- Solid knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
