Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven background in IT recruitment to manage our end-to-end talent acquisition process while supporting core HR operations. In this dual-impact role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent (Software Developers, DevOps, QA, Data Engineers, etc.) while also executing employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & IT Recruitment
- Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage the complete hiring funnel for technical and non-technical rolesfrom sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and hiring.
- Technical Sourcing: Actively source passive IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with engineering leads and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, build role profiles, and align on hiring timelines.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from first contact through offer negotiation.





HR Operations & Administration
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, as well as structured offboarding processes.
- HR Generalist Activities: Support daily HR functions, including maintaining employee records, performance management support, and enforcing HR policies.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing team-building events, employee recognition programs, and workplace wellness initiatives.
- HR Metrics & Compliance: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source quality) and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 35 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, with at least 2 years focused specifically on sourcing and hiring IT/Technical talent.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with contemporary technology stacks, software engineering roles,
