- Candidates with prior experience in International or Domestic voice process.
- Candidates with outbound calls experience in Health care insurance industry for international client would be added advantage.
- Compute complex information with positive analytical skills.
- Ability in problem solving, good listening and reasoning.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
- Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry.
- Willing to work in permanent night shifts (US time zones).
