XpressLegal is expanding its team and is looking for a Senior Associate to strengthen our Mortgage & Title Legal Due Diligence practice. This is a leadership-oriented role where you'll be responsible for ensuring quality, accuracy, timely delivery of reports, client satisfaction, and productive team management while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Check and approve TSR/LSR drafted by associates.
- Guide, advise, monitor, and manage the team to ensure quality reports are delivered within the expected TAT.
- Allocate work among team members to ensure maximum productivity.
- Resolve client queries through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Ensure quick and effective communication to keep clients happy and satisfied.
- Deliver efficient legal services that encourage clients to allocate maximum files to the firm while ensuring timely billing and collections.
- Coordinate closely with partners for new business development, increasing the share of files from existing clients, expansion into new business areas, and branch network growth.
