Role & responsibilities

This on-site Webflow Developer role is based in Hyderabad. The Webflow Developer will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining websites using Webflow, translating design mockups into responsive, accessible, and high-performing web pages. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers and content teams, implementing animations and interactions, integrating thirdparty tools, and ensuring crossbrowser and crossdevice compatibility. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing site performance, managing CMS structures, and participating in reviews to maintain design and code quality. The Webflow Developer will work closely with project stakeholders to meet timelines and ensure that each deliverable aligns with client expectations and brand guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates should possess strong Webflow development skills, including building responsive layouts, working with Webflow CMS, and configuring interactions and animations.
- Candidates should possess front-end fundamentals, such as HTML, CSS,



and basic JavaScript for customizing components, enhancing functionality, and ensuring standards-compliant code.
- Candidates should possess design and UX awareness, including the ability to interpret Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs, maintain visual consistency, and apply best practices for usability and accessibility.
- Candidates should possess website performance and quality skills, including testing across browsers and devices, optimizing page load times, and troubleshooting layout or interaction issues.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective work with designers, content teams, and project managers, and explicit documentation of work and changes.
- Beneficial qualifications include experience with SEO basics, integrations with marketing tools (forms, analytics, CRM), and prior agency or multiproject environment experience.
