Role & responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end development using PHP Laravel with focus on quality, scalability & performance.
- Collaborate with frontend, mobile & DevOps teams for smooth delivery. - Guide the team on best practices, coding standards & architecture decisions.
- Own project planning, task allocation & delivery tracking.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with business, QA, infrastructure & external partners.
- Continuously optimize processes to improve delivery speed using automation & reusable components.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, IT audits, VAPT, and data security requirements.
- Mentor and upskill the team, driving technical excellence and innovation culture. Key Skills Required

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's/master's in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in BFSI/FinTech/regulated sectors (preferably SEBI Domain:
- Certifications in Laravel, DevOps, or Project Management are a plus
