Job Description

Mainly looking for someone who has a good experience in handling tendering and estimation of EPC Substation project up to 765 KV(Minimum:-220 KV) to manage end-to-end tendering activities for LV, MV, HV, and EHV cable projects. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in techno-commercial bidding for utilities, EPC contractors, and transmission & distribution projects, with in-depth knowledge of cable products, tender documentation, and e-procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and purchase tender documents/RFPs for cable supply, EPC, and Transmission & Distribution projects, and prepare Executive Summaries for management review.
- Coordinate the Go/No-Go process with Proposal, Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Projects, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Initiate requests for EMD, Tender Fees, Letter of Credit (LC), Advance/Performance Bank Guarantees (ABG/PBG), Power of Attorney (POA), and Joint Venture (JV) Agreements.
- Liaise with utilities,



EPC contractors, consultants, and end customers to obtain DPRs, technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender clarifications.
- Prepare comprehensive technical bid submissions, including technical datasheets, GTPs, type test certificates, drawings, compliance statements, quality documents, and technical deviations for LV/MV/HV/EHV cable tenders.
- Support techno-commercial evaluation, pricing strategy, risk assessment, and bid optimization to enhance bid competitiveness.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, production, planning, and quality teams to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions.
- Track tender status, manage pre-bid and post-bid queries, and support technical discussions with customers.
