Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.





Required Skills
- Fluent in Kannada and Hindi.
- Manageable/working proficiency in English.
- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and achieve targets.

Eligibility
- Female candidates preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with telecalling/customer service experience can apply.
- Candidates who can communicate confidently in Kannada, Hindi, and English are preferred.
