Job Summary:

The Procurement Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations for the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS). This leadership role demands a seasoned skilled with extensive experience in managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, production planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting in the EMS industry. The SCM Operations Head will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain functions, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and manage the SCM team, ensuring alignment with the companys overall strategic objectives and operational goals.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations across supply chain operations.

End-to-End Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee the procurement, logistics, production planning, inventory management, and distribution functions for EMS operations.
- Ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Develop and manage a robust forecasting and demand planning system to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.

Vendor & Supplier Management:
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost control and timely availability of materials.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality standards, delivery reliability, and adherence to agreed-upon KPIs.
