We are looking for a Business Development Partner who can help us acquire new clients and bring software/IT projects from India and international markets.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and generating potential clients
- Finding businesses that require IT/software solutions
- Reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone, referrals, networking, etc.
- Understanding the client's basic requirements




- Qualifying leads and connecting them with our technical/business team
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Following up with prospects and helping convert leads into projects
- Exploring both Indian and international business opportunities
- Bringing website, mobile app, custom software and other IT projects to the company

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in business development, sales, lead generation or client acquisition
- Has valuable communication and negotiation skills
- Can independently find and approach potential clients
- Has an existing business network or client base — an advantage
- Understands basic IT/software services
- Can identify business requirements and communicate them effectively
- Is confident communicating with Indian and international clients
- Is self-motivated and result-oriented
- Can work independently without requiring fixed working hours
