Role & responsibilities :
- Drive sales and business development for Building Segment Projects, including Residential, Commercial, IT/ITeS, Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Office Spaces and other private industrial projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP Consultants, PMCs, Architects, Contractors, Panel Builders, Project Distributors and Dealers.
- Work closely with MEP Consultants to secure brand preference, product approvals and specifications for the company's products in upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Identify new project opportunities and manage the complete project sales cycle, from lead generation and specification to order closure.
- Handle large and multi-phase projects, ensuring timely follow-up, commercial compliance and protection of organizational interests.
- Develop business with Electrical Contractors, EPCs and Turnkey Project Contractors involved in building and industrial projects.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with Project Distributors and Dealers dealing in electrical product lines.




- Understand project requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions to customers.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, product presentations and commercial proposals to customers and consultants.
- Apply TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) concepts to demonstrate the overall value and cost benefits of the company's products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and project developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust project pipeline and regularly update project status, sales forecasts and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Design, Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue and business development targets while maintaining healthy margins.
