Role & responsibilities
- Be the Single Point of Contact between the client & all other teams.
- Drive Tenant Coordination for fitouts at various shopping malls & for other projects
- Track down deliverables & timelines and be accountable for all follow ups & activities to ensure all timelines are adhered till project completion.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for project status and present the same in review meetings.
- Conduct and minute meetings required for the project progress.
- Maintain all administrative record of the project
- Manage communication wrt mails, video conference calls, tele calls effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct site visits periodically with /without team as required.
- Excellent at PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Acad
Preferred candidate profile
Good communication skills
Great in customer relations
English spoken and written proficiency
Time management
