Namami Gange Tour and Travels is looking for a passionate and responsible individual to join our team as a Travel Operations Executive.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and monitor ongoing trips : Coordinate with hotels, drivers & service providers
Prepare and share hotel vouchers & travel documents : Track ongoing groups and assist with trip coordination
Attend client calls and walk-in enquiries Explain tour packages, itineraries & destinations to clients
Maintain trip records, data & documentation Assist in tour execution and accompany trips whenever required
Assist with enquiries and bookings REQUIREMENTS
Graduate in any discipline | Tourism background preferred 0–1 year experience | Freshers with good tourism knowledge welcome
Fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu
Good communication & writing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
Comfortable with skilled emails and computer work
Good knowledge of Indian tourism, destinations & popular travel circuits
Organised, responsible & able to multitask Willingness to travel when required Passion for travel & tourism is a must! THE RIGHT FIT We’re looking for someone who wants more than a desk job — someone who enjoys travel, people, coordination and real-world tour operations.
