? Key Responsibilities:

? Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences and budgets

? Suggest suitable domestic and international destinations ?

? Design customized travel packages and exciting itineraries ?️

? Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails and other platforms ??

? Provide complete information regarding flights, hotels,sightseeing, activities and travel packages ✈️

? Handle customer queries, changes and travel-related concerns professionally

? Build strong relationships with customers and ensure an excellent travel experience ⭐

? Stay updated with popular destinations, travel trends, offers and packages ?

? What We Are Looking For:

✨ Experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Advisor, Holiday Consultant or similar role is preferred





✨ Good knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations

✨ Solid communication and customer-handling skills

✨ Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable travel solutions

✨ Experience in itinerary planning, package costing and quotations

✨ Good sales and follow-up skills

✨ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries

✨ Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences! ?

Relevant experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry preferred
