The candidate will assist customers professionally and ensure a smooth customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and resolve travel-related queries.

Assist customers with flight, hotel, holiday package, and booking-related information. Provide accurate information regarding travel schedules, services, policies, and booking status. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners when required. Maintain customer details and call records in CRM. Follow up with customers regarding bookings, requests, and service issues.



Ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction.

Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Eligibility Education: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Customer-service-oriented attitude. Knowledge of travel and tourism will be an added advantage. Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
