Role Description This full time, on-site Travel Agency Specialist role is based in South Delhi. The specialist will manage end-to-end holiday package bookings, coordinate with DMCs and travel partners, and support travel agents using Travsie’s platform. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on destinations and itineraries, organizing guided tours and business travel arrangements, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely confirmations.

The role involves delivering responsive customer service, handling inquiries and changes, and collaborating with sales teams to promote relevant packages. The specialist will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations,



vendor offerings, and platform features to optimize client experiences.

Qualifications

- Experience in domestic and international holiday package sales & operations, including itinerary planning.
- Knowledge of guided tours and leisure travel products, with the ability to recommend suitable options.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Sales and negotiation abilities to convert inquiries into bookings and support revenue growth.
- Understanding of business travel needs, including corporate policies, budgets, and scheduling requirements.
- Familiarity with travel-tech platforms, GDS or similar systems, and basic digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant education in travel, hospitality, business, or a related field; prior experience in travel or tourism is preferred.
