Key Responsibility:

- Oversee on-time arrival (OTA) and departure (OTD) during the shift.
- Resolve queries and issues within SLA.
- Manage the tracking, parking, and vendor teams.
- Report incidents and ensure safe operations, including safety for women colleagues.
- Supervise the Transport Vendor team during the shift.
- Handle escalations and resolve transport-related issues within the agreed time frame (TAT).
- Generate daily reports on vehicle tracking, transport updates, and SLA performance.
- Communicate shift issues to the next shift coordinator and ensure smooth handover.
- Ensure all vehicles are tracked and on time to meet SLAs.
- Respond to priority calls quickly.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports.
- Ensure vehicle compliance with agreed procedures and 100% vehicle tracking.
- Ensure vehicle availability during shift and report any deviations.
- Train drivers and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Brief security staff on safety, especially for women employees.

Strategic Planning and Management
- Develop and implement strategic transportation plans aligned with company goals and client requirements across multiple locations.
- Ensure transportation systems are integrated with the overall facilities management plan.
- Support transport system upgrades, integrating technology and data management to enhance operational efficiency.

Operational Oversight:





- Manage daily operations of transport services, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time transportation across the network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain effective communication, resolve transport-related issues, and optimize service delivery.
- Oversee the coordination of transportation needs including vehicle scheduling, route planning, and driver assignments.
- Monitor the safety, condition, and performance of the fleet, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintenance standards.

Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management:

- Work closely with clients to understand transportation priorities, ensuring the delivery of highquality services that meet or exceed expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, resolving transport-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure effective communication with clients regarding service performance and expectations.
- Continuously seek feedback and use insights to improve service offerings and performance.

Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management: 

- Ensure all transport operations comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee driver safety training and ensure fleet maintenance complies with legal requirements and internal standards.
- Implement and review policies and procedures for safe transportation operations, continuously improving safety standards.

Fleet and Logistics Management:

- Oversee the planning and logistics of transport services, including routing, scheduling, and vehicle allocation.
- Conduct regular fleet audits and ensure vehicles are maintained and operate at peak efficiency.




- Coordinate any necessary upgrades, repairs, or replacements to the fleet.

Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving:

- Demonstrate robust analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex transport issues.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and develop long-term solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
