Role Description The Transition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing service transitions for recent and existing clients, ensuring smooth handover from project implementation to steady-state operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, defining transition plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, and aligning service delivery with contractual and performance goals.

Manager will collaborate closely with program management, IT service management, and delivery teams,



while providing training and support to internal stakeholders and client teams to enable successful adoption of services and solutions.

Job Title: Transition Manager

Location: Pune

Experience: 8-10 years

Model: Contract to hire

Tenure: 6 months

Notice period requirement : Immediate, folks already on notice period who can join in 15 days preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Drive E2E transition execution within programmers

Ensure compliance with transition methodology

Manage project plans, risks, dependencies & budgets

Collaborate with change managers for communication & training rollout

Deliver weekly/monthly updates and ensure smooth handover to operations

Required Skills:

8–10 years of end-to-end transition management

Proven project delivery & team leadership

Solid background in Finance & Accounting transitions (50–100 FTEs)

Exposure to onsite/offshore setups and multi-agile environments

Prior experience in Genpact, Accenture, WNS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Big 4 preferred

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

PMP/Prince2 certification (preferred)

Core Skills:

Stakeholder management & conflict resolution

Strong communication & mentoring abilities

Analytical thinking, problem-solving & adaptability

Experience in RPA automation projects (desirable)
