Sales Executive Company: Job Type: Full-time | Hybrid Experience: 1–3 years Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month + performance incentives Just Homestay is a growing vacation rental and homestay booking company offering premium villas, homestays and holiday homes across popular destinations in India. We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, recommend suitable properties and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls .

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. 1–3 years of sales experience. ~ Experience in travel, hospitality, hotel, villa/homestay, real estate or inside sales is preferred. ~ Good communication skills in Hindi and English . ~ Confident in phone and WhatsApp communication.



~ Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work with sales targets. ~ Basic computer and CRM knowledge. ~ Willing to work 6 days a week , including weekends/holidays when required. Strong at follow-ups and closing sales.

Performance

Performance will be measured primarily on: Monthly sales target achievement Hybrid work ~ Growth opportunities Sales Executive → Senior Sales Executive → Sales Team Leader → Sales Manager Work with a growing travel and hospitality company.
