About the role

Quantiphi runs a large internal learning portfolio. Every program we run needs a practitioner standing in front of the room. Some of those practitioners sit inside Quantiphi. Many we bring in from outside. Finding them, qualifying them, and closing them is a full time job. This is that job.

You will own a monthly trainer requirement list handed to you by our program owners. You will source against it, run first conversations, agree commercials, and hand back a confirmed trainer with dates locked.

What you will own

Three categories of trainer demand, every month:

1. Technical: Cloud, data engineering, machine learning, generative AI, agentic systems, and software engineering practice.
2. Domain: Insurance, banking, healthcare, life sciences, and the platforms used inside those industries.
3. Behavioral: Client communication, executive presence, delivery discipline, and first time manager capability.

What you will do

- Convert the monthly trainer requirement into a sourcing plan with named target profiles and a closure date.
- Source practitioner trainers through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, training marketplaces, skilled communities, and alumni networks.
- Screen for practitioner depth before teaching polish. Someone who has done the work is worth more to us than someone who has only taught it.
- Run first calls, assess delivery quality, and collect a demo or teaching sample where the program requires one.
- Agree rates, session counts, and availability within the approved budget band.
- Move confirmed trainers through contracting, onboarding, and payment paperwork with Procurement, Finance, and HR.
- Maintain a live pipeline tracker showing stage, rate, availability, and status for every requirement.
- Build a standing bench of pre qualified trainers so repeat requirements close faster each quarter.
- Capture session feedback and hold a quality rating against every trainer we use.




- Report weekly on open requirements, closures, slippage, and the reason behind any slippage.

What success looks like in the first six months

- Every monthly trainer requirement closed inside the agreed lead time.
- A named, contactable bench across all three categories.
- A shorter average gap between requirement raised and trainer confirmed.
- Repeat trainers who hold strong feedback scores across multiple sessions.

What you need

- One to three years in recruitment, talent sourcing, vendor sourcing, or staffing.
- Hands on LinkedIn Recruiter experience. This is a daily tool in this role, not an occasional one. You should be comfortable with Boolean search, projects, InMail sequencing, and pipeline hygiene.
- Enough technical literacy to read a profile and tell a practitioner from a title.
- Clear written and spoken English. You will often be the first impression of Quantiphi for a senior external practitioner.
- The confidence to hold a rate conversation without escalating every one of them.
- Disciplined follow up. Most trainers are lost to slow follow up, not to money.

Good to have

- Sourcing or hiring experience in training, consulting, or professional services.
- Familiarity with cloud and AI role families.
- Experience working with freelance or contract talent pools.
- Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system or a CRM.

Who this role suits

Someone early in a recruitment career who wants to own an outcome rather than a step in someone else's process. You will run your own desk, speak to senior practitioners from your first week, and see your work show up in a room full of learners a few weeks later.
