Trainee Operator – Position: Trainee Operator Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; ITI candidates preferred Salary: ₹20,000 per month Job Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machines/equipment as per company procedures. Follow production and safety guidelines. Assist senior operators in daily production activities.
Check product quality and report any issues to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workplace. Complete assigned production targets on time. Maintain basic production/operation records.
Follow company rules, SOPs and safety standards.
Skills Required: Basic technical knowledge. Valuable communication and teamwork. Willingness to learn machine operations. Responsible and disciplined attitude. Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
