Job Description

We are hiring a Software Support Engineer to provide operational and technical support for cloud-based enterprise products. The role involves production support, monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis,



troubleshooting application issues, and collaborating with global engineering teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Linux, SQL, REST APIs, cloud technologies, ticketing tools, and production support environments.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Application/Production Support
- 2+ years of experience in Backend
- Hands-on experience with Linux and SQL
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience with incident management and RCA
- Robust customer-facing communication skills
