We are looking for experienced Medical Coders with UAE healthcare coding experience to join our RCM Operations team in Chennai.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE medical coding, ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS, along with experience in multi-specialty outpatient coding and claims processing. Candidates with experience in UAE Submission and Resubmission processes will be preferred.
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Medical Coding
- Experience in UAE Healthcare Coding
- Experience in UAE Submission / Resubmission is preferred
- Robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS
- Experience in multi-specialty outpatient coding
- Knowledge of E&M; and surgical coding
- Valuable understanding of UAE coding, billing and insurance guidelines
- Ability to review medical records and identify appropriate codes
- Ability to identify coding-related denials and documentation gaps
- Good communication and mentoring skills
- Willingness to support and guide Associate Coders
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical / Paramedical / Life Sciences
- Active AAPC or AHIMA certification with updated membership
