1.Achieve production target through monthly, weekly, daily and hourly production plan
2.Minimizing rejection at various stages by ensuring high quality standards
3.Maintaining the cost effectiveness of the unit/plant
4.Planning production to ensure delivery of products as per customer requirements
5.Engaging the team members towards work and maintaining high morale
6.Ensuring adherence to safety standards
7 Conducting shiftwise PDCA for meeting the production, quality and delivery targets
8. Maintaining DWM records in the respective zones
