To Make outbound calls for missed call follow-ups and Cancelled Complaints
To Follow up with service centers for pending complaint and timely closure of complaints.
Required Candidate profile
Manage and respond to Whats App chats
Monitor daily calls and assign to respective service centers
Prepare daily work reports and weekly database reports
Manage spare inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
